Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure efficient production processes. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise production teams to achieve daily targets, quality standards, and safety regulations.

2. Plan, coordinate, and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.

3. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training plans.

4. Monitor and control production costs, inventory, and material usage.

5. Implement quality control measures, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, Maintenance).

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

8. Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement improvements.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.

2. 3+ years of production supervision experience.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Proficiency in MS Office, production planning software, and ERP systems.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

6. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and safety regulations.
