  7. Prepare and process necessary paperwork related to customer transactions and inquiries.
  8. Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property values, and available listings.
  9. Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions.
  10. Coordinate appointments for property showings, meetings with real estate agents, and other related activities.
  11. Manage calendars and schedules to ensure efficient use of time.
  12.  Communicate effectively with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to relay customer information and ensure a smooth workflow.
  13. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely communication.
  14. Seek feedback from customers and use it to improve service quality.
