5.    Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.

6.    Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

7.    Coordinate and support various office events, meetings, and conferences.

8.    Make arrangements for catering, venue, and other logistics.

9.    Address and resolve administrative issues and concerns.

10.   Provide solutions to challenges that may arise in daily operations.

11.   Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
