We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Umrah Consultant to join our team. As an Umrah Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients planning their Umrah journeys, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their Umrah trips, including visa arrangements, flight bookings, accommodation, and transportation.
- Stay updated on Umrah regulations, travel trends, and any changes in the industry.
- Address client’s inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with travel partners to ensure the best possible services for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Keep abreast of Umrah packages and offerings in the market to provide competitive options.
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Must know the basics of Galileo/Sabre (GDSs)
- Knowledge of Hajj and Umrah travel requirements and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Umrah Consultant or in a similar role (1-2 years).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
