Social Media Marketer

We seek an experienced Social Media Marketer with a minimum of 3 years of proven expertise in managing and marketing various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, implementing effective marketing strategies, and engaging with our audience to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to increase engagement, and audience growth across multiple platforms.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets tailored to each social media channel.
Monitor and manage social media accounts, including daily interactions, and responding to comments and messages.
Analyze social media performance metrics and insights to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize content for maximum impact.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to proactively recommend and implement new strategies.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Using social media platforms to bring in more customers for our company.
Implement paid social media advertising campaigns, monitor budgets, and optimize performance to achieve desired outcomes.
Must have basic graphic designing skills and know how to use canva.

Basic Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts on platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting tools, and best practices for content optimization.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas and storytelling narratives.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
