You’ll work directly with our executive team to understand our current marketing processes.
You’ll be assigned internal projects and client accounts slowly as we begin to build your confidence.
You’ll be graded on your ability to create digital marketing campaigns (landing pages, workflows, ad launch, etc.) and optimize their performance.
Once you are managing a full slate, you will have the opportunity to grow the marketing team further.
The ideal candidate:
Paid Media Campaign Management: Experience with Meta Ads is required. You must know how to set up, run, and optimize Meta Campaigns. Google Ads would be a big bonus for our team.
Go High Level: You will be building digital marketing campaigns in Go High Level. You must know how to create funnels, workflows, forms/surveys, calendars, trigger links, etc.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and generate reports on the performance (open & replies etc) of marketing campaigns, using insights to inform future marketing campaigns. Distribute data to appropriate team members so they can follow up with leads.
Problem-Solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people willing to "figure it out" and who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. We are here to support you, but only when you encounter a problem you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and overcome problems, not let them get in your way.
