The Stock Replenishment Manager ensures optimal inventory levels across all store locations to meet customer demand while minimizing costs. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory planning, managing replenishment processes, analyzing stock performance, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Develop and implement stock replenishment strategies based on sales forecasts, trends, and historical data.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.

Replenishment Planning

  • Coordinate with store managers and supply chain teams to plan and execute stock replenishments.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to generate automated replenishment orders.
  • Set and adjust reorder points and safety stock levels as required.

Supplier Coordination

  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Address and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers to improve lead times and reduce costs.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and stock turnover rates.
  • Prepare and present inventory performance reports to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement in stock management processes.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and train staff involved in stock management and replenishment.
  • Foster collaboration between departments to improve stock availability.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure the availability of high-demand items to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams to align inventory with promotional activities.
