We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist will handle front desk duties and help with basic office tasks. You should have good communication skills, be polite, and enjoy working with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients as they arrive at the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  •  Schedule and arrange meetings and appointments
  •  Keep the reception area clean and welcoming
  • Answer basic questions about the company and its services
  • Direct visitors to the right departments or staff members
  • Help with simple office tasks like filing, data entry, and organizing supplies
  • Maintain records of visitors and appointments

Key Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  •  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Having work experience as a receptionist, or Freshers can also apply
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
