Develop & deliver high-quality instruction through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions, covering topics such as patient care, medical terminology, infection control, and basic nursing procedures etc.
Facilitate practical training sessions in simulated healthcare settings, providing students with opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical context.
Design and administer assessments to evaluate student performance and progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students, fostering a supportive learning environment conducive to their success.
Stay abreast of advancements in nursing education and instructional methodologies, continuously enhancing your own knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with fellow instructors, staff, and healthcare professionals to enhance program effectiveness and student learning experiences.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, BSN or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Previous experience in teaching or training roles preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and educational technology tools.
