We are a mid-tier Accounting Firm looking for an Accounts/Operations Manager. We provide Accounting and Bookkeeping services to our clients and cover various industries. We are in the phase of setting up our office in Islamabad/Lahore.
The Manager will be:
- Take complete charge of the office and manage the team independently without supervision.
- Working independently to ensure that the team performs as per expected standards.
- Responsible for leading a team of accountants with multiple reporting lines.
- Assigning tasks to the team members.
- Ensuring that the assigned tasks are completed as per the timelines.
- Reporting to the Partners and providing feedback on team performance.
- Looking after the administrative function of the office.
The incumbent person should meet the following criteria:
- Qualified CMA/CA or other qualification.
- Aged 40 or over, Preferably Female.
- Experience of 10 Years or More in Accounting, financial reports, Tax, Corporate affairs, and allied matters.
- Should have sound knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Shall be able to write and communicate with the clients.
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
- Should have good IT skills to handle new technologies.
- Should have Managerial skills to control staff to meet targets and deadlines.
