Oversee daily operations of the clothing warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching fabric/suits
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy of fabric in both cut and un-cut format
Implement and maintain efficient storage systems for various types of clothing, ensuring proper organization by size, style, and season
Supervise and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance in handling all types of fabric
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and retail outlets to manage deliveries and shipments of clothing
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and shipping times
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs in handling, storing and dispatching fabric to customers and outlets
