We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging major freelancing platforms to secure new business opportunities for our software house.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Freelancing Platform Management:

    • Utilize popular freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others to identify and secure new projects.
    • Create and maintain compelling profiles on these platforms to showcase our expertise and attract potential clients.
  2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

    • Proactively identify potential clients and projects that align with our services.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
    • Convert leads into successful projects through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and market demands.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas for differentiation.

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in business development, particularly on freelancing platforms.
      • Strong understanding of the software development industry.
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
      • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
