Assistant Human Resource

This is a full-time, on-site role as a human resources manager at Safa Gold Mall. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. They will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment and supporting the organization's strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
2+ years of experience
Training and Development expertise
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in the retail or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's / Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related field
