PKR. 30,000 - 60,000/Month
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to truck drivers from a provided list
- Introduce and explain the benefits of our dispatch services
- Persuade truck drivers to join our dispatch service
- Answer questions and address concerns truck drivers may have
- Guide truck drivers through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers
- Record details of conversations and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly call and conversion targets
- Provide feedback on call outcomes and driver responses to improve sales strategies
- Stay informed about the trucking industry and our service offerings to effectively communicate with drivers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the trucking or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the trucking industry and dispatch operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
