We are looking for a seasoned Export Manager with over 5 years of experience in the food line industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the export process, ensuring compliance with international regulations, expanding market reach, and maximizing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export strategies to meet company objectives.
Manage relationships with international clients, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth transactions.
Ensure compliance with all export and import regulations.
Oversee documentation, logistics, and shipment procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and meet customer requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in export management, specifically in the food industry.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Proficiency in export documentation and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in leading projects focused on global market expansion.
