Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including scheduling, performance management, and issue resolution.
Manage restaurant finances, including overseeing accounts, handling payroll, and managing budgets.
Ensure accurate data management and record-keeping of restaurant operations, including inventory, sales, and employee records.
Monitor key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, cost control, and overall profitability.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations remotely.
Implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, customer service, and overall performance.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in restaurant management, with strong knowledge of restaurant operations.
Experience in managing accounts and financial reporting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage remote teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle all aspects of restaurant data and operations remotely.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work flexible hours and manage operations 7 days a week.
