We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in designing tailored business solutions, providing technical expertise, and supporting the sales team in engaging with clients. The ideal candidate will bridge customer requirements with innovative IT and telecom solutions, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and propose customized business solutions, including FTTH (GPON/Metro Ethernet)
  • Manage the end-to-end pre-sales process, from client meetings and requirement analysis to
  • solution design, pricing, proposal development, and final submission.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the sales team’s understanding of available
  • Assist the sales team in technical discussions and client presentations, including engagements with C-level executives.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and operations, to ensure smooth implementation of proposed solutions.
  •  Lead and manage RFP, RFQ, RFI, and vendor registration processes.
  • Develop competitive proposals and bid responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  •  Present bid responses for internal review and approval.
  •  Coordinate with legal teams to review contracts and negotiate terms with customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new products and solutions.
  •  Contribute to pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and Proof of Concept (PoC) development.
