The Operations & Maintenance Manager Site Security plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our telecom sites. This position involves overseeing a team of 20 security professionals dedicated to the efficient operations and maintenance of site security protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management within the telecom industry, particularly in security management and compliance. Their primary responsibility is to develop and implement robust security strategies, while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Candidates from Abbottabad, AJK, Hazara, Mardan, Charsadda, Chitral, and Rawalpindi/Islamabad, particularly those with backgrounds in government security forces, telecom security management, or law enforcement, are preferred.
Responsibilities

Oversee and direct daily security operations for telecom sites, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 20 security personnel to maintain high standards of service and security measures.
Develop and implement security management plans, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, courts, and police stations to enhance security operations and respond to incidents effectively.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure security operations align with overall business objectives and compliance frameworks.
Prepare and present reports on security operations, incidents, and compliance to senior management.
Provide training and development opportunities for security staff, emphasizing best practices and continuous improvement in site security.
Maintain effective communication with site personnel and management to ensure transparency and engagement concerning security matters.
Utilize MS Office, Excel, and Outlook for reporting, communication, and data management, streamlining security operations.
