The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the sales efforts of our company within the machinery industry. Located at our on-site facility, this full-time position focuses on promoting and selling a variety of industrial equipment, including molding machines, blow molding machines, compressors, and molds. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales strategy, outstanding relationship management skills, and an aptitude for market research, making them essential to our growth and customer satisfaction. With a bachelors degree in engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, the Business Development Manager will engage directly with both existing and prospective customers by offering tailored solutions that align with their needs. The role also requires staying informed on industry trends and maintaining competitive market positioning to identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities

  • Promote and effectively sell industrial equipment including molding machines, blow molding machines, screw air compressors, and molds to both new and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets by proactively identifying new business opportunities through market analysis and networking efforts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers while developing connections with potential clients through effective communication and networking.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Understand and analyze customer needs to propose tailored solutions that address their specific requirements and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to resolve technical inquiries and to develop comprehensive solutions that satisfy customer expectations.
  • Regularly conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to enhance sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and forge partnerships that contribute to company growth and profitability.
  • Manage time and organizational tasks effectively to ensure a balanced approach toward both sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and continuously improve knowledge of product offerings to better serve customers.
