Amazon Virtual Assistant

The Amazon Virtual Assistant is a critical role at Rozee, responsible for supporting our eCommerce operations on Amazon Seller Central. This position focuses on product research, inventory management, and order processing. An ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of Amazon's marketplace dynamics and proven experience in optimizing product listings and performances. While this role does not require team management, the individual will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of our Amazon sales strategy. Fresh graduates with degrees in Data Science, Computer Science, or Business are encouraged to apply, as innovative and analytical thinking is essential in this position.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough product research to identify trends and opportunities in the Amazon marketplace.
Optimize product listings by implementing best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) and utilizing Amazon's A+ content features.
Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and available for prompt fulfillment.
Process customer orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process.
Utilize Amazon Seller Central tools, such as Brand Analytics and PPC Campaigns, to improve product visibility and sales performance.
Analyze sales data using Excel, SQL, or other analytical tools to derive insights and support decision-making for product strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns on Amazon to increase product exposure.
Stay updated on Amazon's policies and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales potential.
Assess and evaluate third-party tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to enhance product research and performance optimization.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
