We are looking for people with a background in financial services recovery and collection. Anyone that has prior experience in collection or loan recovery should apply.

Major job responsibilities will include:

Making daily calls, emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages to customers to give reminders of upcoming payments and amounts overdue.
Sending updates to customers and responding to customers queries.
Preparing and sending cancellation notices for defaulting customers.
Close co-ordination with Account Receivable staff and ensuring booking of amounts received and receivable.
Maintain recovery data sheet and reconciliation of amount received with Account Receivable
Incentives will be given on every recovery
