Royal Industrial Engineering Works is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Officer/Supply Chain Officer/Admin Officer.
Responsibilities:
As a Store Officer/Supply Chain Officer/Admin Officer at Royal Industrial Engineering Works, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products within our organization.
- Efficiently managing all aspects of inventory, from procurement to issuance, ensuring accuracy and timely movement.
- Handling purchase orders and overseeing the receipt and verification of materials through Inward Gate Pass.
- Collaborating with various departments to fulfill material requirements and support work in progress.
- Recording and documenting inventory transactions accurately on a daily basis.
- Generating daily reports on work in progress and pending jobs, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Conducting monthly audits of the store and preparing for upcoming projects to ensure inventory availability.
- Demonstrating unwavering loyalty, dedication, and a strong work ethic.
Fostering a professional and comfortable work environment.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for maintaining accurate records and efficiently managing inventory.
- A degree in Commerce or relevant field is preferred; however, candidates with a solid track record of experience will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to dynamic work requirements
