We are looking for an Admin & Accounts Assistant.
Ideal candidate must have college level accountancy education and the ability to use basic Microsoft office tools - Word and Excel.
In addition, the individual must know driving - bike or car.
- Reconciliation on daily basis for petty cash and expenses vouchers
- Preparing daily reports for various projects and recording all expenses accurately
- Preparing cash requisitions, auditing expenses, and issuing cash
- Manage and assist in day-to-day operational activities of the department
- Collection and Deposit of Cheques in Bank
- Maintaining list of receivables and payables
- Reconciliation and allocation of expense vouchers as per COA
- Supervise admin and operational activities of the office
- Perform such other accounting and administrative tasks required by time to time on short notice
- To manage the arrangements for meetings at office and outdoor
- To ensure the timely payment of credits and utility bills
- Assisting in purchasing activities as and when instructed
- Maintaining all records properly
- Payroll preparation
- Month end closing
- Office admin and auditing of expenses when required
- Quotations from vendors as per requirement
- Other tasks to be assigned on joining
SALARY: PKR 30-35K Depending on experience
Working Days: Monday - Saturday 8am till 6pm
Accommodation and lunch meal can be provided if required
Individual must be dedicated, hardworking and honest with a good sense of time management.
The individual must be disciplined, well-mannered and must understand company protocols.
