Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. Assign tasks and ensure productivity.
Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished goods. Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
Optimize workflow and processes. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill business needs.
Enforce safety procedures and protocols. Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
Resolve issues related to order fulfillment and shipping. Ensure high customer satisfaction.
