- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Perform credit checks and assessments to determine customer creditworthiness.
- Issue reminders and follow up on overdue accounts through calls and emails.
- Resolve disputes and discrepancies in collaboration with sales and customer service teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and communications.
- Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, cash flow forecasts, and credit risk assessments.
