- Manage daily production activities, ensuring alignment with production schedules and targets.
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the die casting machinery is in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure all production operations comply with safety standards.
- Lead, train, and develop the production team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports to track performance.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
