Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for Amazon products and services.
Identify new sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met and to resolve any issues that arise.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon products and services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Actively respond to customer queries or orders online and ensure that deadlines are met and all process is completed in due time.
Collaborate with Amazon to maintain daily record of stocks and ensure all activities are going according to agreed terms and conditions and plans.
