Call Center Agent

We are seeking a skilled Call Center Agent with exceptional communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and adept at managing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Accurately input and maintain customer information in our database systems.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office Excel and Word to generate reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
