- Lead the nationwide implementation and management of international qualifications programs, ensuring standardization and compliance across all campuses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international accrediting bodies, enhancing program recognition and credibility.
- Ensure curricula and teaching methodologies meet global academic standards and align with international accreditation requirements.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and development, fostering high teaching standards and encouraging the use of effective, up-to-date instructional methods.
- Design and implement robust student support services, including academic counseling, exam preparation, and career guidance.
- Develop and deliver presentations and written content for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing program successes and updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to increase program visibility and attract high-caliber students.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and achieve continuous improvement in program quality.
- Analyze program performance metrics (e.g., pass rates, student satisfaction) and report on these with actionable insights.
- Write and present comprehensive reports to executive leadership, offering strategic recommendations for program growth and enhancement.
