Lead curriculum development efforts, designing frameworks, courses, and instructional materials in alignment with educational standards and institutional goals.
Collaborate closely with faculty members to ensure that curriculum design meets educational objectives and instructional needs.
Conduct research to stay abreast of current educational trends and best practices, integrating innovative teaching methodologies and technologies into curriculum development processes.
Design assessment strategies and tools to measure student learning outcomes, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and enhance curriculum quality.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and accreditation requirements in curriculum design processes, conducting periodic reviews and audits.
Facilitate professional development opportunities for faculty members and staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge in curriculum design and instructional strategies.
Collaborate with administrators, department heads, and other stakeholders to communicate curriculum objectives, solicit feedback, and address concerns related to curriculum design and implementation.
Maintain accurate records of curriculum documents, revisions, and updates, generating reports and documentation as required by institutional policies and regulatory bodies.
Provide support and guidance to students regarding curriculum requirements, course selection, and academic planning, addressing student concerns and facilitating communication between students and faculty.
Lead continuous improvement efforts in curriculum design processes, engaging in reflective practices to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
