We're seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our BPO team. As a Sales Representative, you'll handle customer calls, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Understand customer requirements and provide product/service information
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Update customer records in CRM software
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM software)
- Fluency in English
- Relevant experience in sales/customer service (BPO experience preferred)
