We're seeking a dedicated Student Counselor to join our Company. As a Student Counselor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students on their academic journey, providing guidance, advice, and assistance when needed.
Requirements:
- Candidates with IELTS/PTE Coaching Experience would be Preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members
- Relevant experience in student counseling or a related field
- Empathy and understanding towards students' needs and concerns
- Ability to provide personalized guidance and support to help students achieve their goals
- Knowledge of academic programs, career pathways, and educational resources
- Excellent organizational skills to manage counseling sessions, appointments, and documentation efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to discuss academic goals, career aspirations, and personal challenges
- Guide course selection, academic planning, and study skills improvement
- Offer support and resources to help students overcome obstacles and navigate academic challenges
- Stay updated on educational trends, policies, and resources to provide relevant and accurate information to students
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all counseling interactions
Other Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any Law, Business, Marketing, Management, or other fields
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field will be preferred
- Professional attitude and demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all interactions
Salary Package:
