We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound cold calls to potential clients, introduce our solar energy solutions, and convert leads into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using our database of leads.
  • Introduce and explain the benefits of our solar energy solutions.
  • Identify potential customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the Excel & CRM system.
  • Stay informed about our products and industry trends to answer client queries effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM tools would be plus and maintaining detailed records.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

Prior experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector is a plus.
