Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and innovative content, including videos, infographics, photos, and written posts for social media platforms.
Create high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube aligned with the company’s branding and goals.

Social Media Calendar:

Planned, created, and managed a monthly social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.

Event Management:

Coordinate and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and launches to boost brand visibility.
Cover live events and ensure real-time engagement through social media platforms.

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, impressions, and reach) to optimize content strategy.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
Collaborate with the design team for visual content and ensure it meets brand standards.

Trends and Updates:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Experience in managing events is a plus.
