We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive the growth of our POS acquiring business across South Pakistan. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy, managing a high-performance sales team, and cultivating strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the South Pakistan sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement sales strategies.
- Provide coaching, training, and development to the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of success in POS acquiring.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
