We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative (Female) to join our team for our prestigious commercial high-rise project, Bahria Town, Phase 8, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients, including individuals and businesses, to promote and sell commercial shops, apartments, and office spaces.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the project, including features, benefits, payment plans, and available units, to effectively communicate with clients.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Sales Presentations: Conduct site visits, present project details, and provide clients with comprehensive information to facilitate informed decision-making.
