We need a person to help us attend to our customers online and in our workshop.
This person will need to perform sales, marketing and help with inventory. She will directly report to the CEO of the company.
Job Description
Sales & Marketing (Online)
- Attend Customers in our Workshop.
- Replies to Queries Online (Facebook, and other Social Sites)
- Sell Ready Furniture Displayed in our Ware house.
- Advise and Sell Custom-Made Furniture
- Take Orders, Prepare Quotations, Send Invoices, Payment Recovery Calls
- Liaise with Production Team until Delivery
- Nurture Post-Sale Customer Relation
- Manage Social Media Pages (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Prepare Content for Social Media
- Post Content and Assess Quality
Inventory Management (Workshop & Online)
- Update Inventory on a Weekly Basis
- Take Photos, Note Dimensions, Gather Technical Information (Material, etc)
- Liaise with Director for Pricing
- Add Products on Online Shops
Requirements
- Experience in Sales / Retail / Marketing
- Experience in the Furniture Sector, if possible with Custom-Made Products.
- Willingness to Go Beyond Sales with Responsibilities involving Marketing Strategy
