Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment with in the office premises.
Manage network devices, workstations, and peripherals.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
Provide timely technical assistance to partner and RIZ staff.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and telephony systems.
Monitor network performance and address any connectivity or bandwith issues.
Maintain VLAN configurations and firewall rules.
Coordinate with the office's network team for seamless operations.
Implement and manage regular data backups.
Develop and test disaster recovery procedures.
Ensure business continuity in case of system failures.
Install, update, and maintain software applications used by partner and RIZ Staff.
Coordinate with vendors for licensing and support agreements.
Enforce software usage policies.
Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, licenses, and warranties.
Generate periodic reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions and report to Head office.
Work closely with the office management team to understand their IT requirements.
Liaise with the internal IT department for escalations, upgrades, and implementations.
Engage with external vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
