Right Vision International School is looking for highly qualified and experienced teachers in Libya for the following positions

The ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and a proven track record of helping students achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies that promote student understanding and progress.
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Prepare students for O and A Level examinations (for O/A Level teachers), ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject and curriculum developments.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student participation.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any concerns.

Requirements:

Native English-speaking skills.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in teaching or a relevant field.
Must have Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed organization
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and teaching abilities.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Punctuality and discipline.
High tolerance and patience with students.
Specialized and experienced in teaching English and Biology for O and A Levels (for O/A Level teachers).
Montessori certification and experience (for Montessori teachers).
Experience in early childhood education (for Kindergarten teachers).
Knowledge of the Arabic language will be considered an additional skill.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with international education systems.
Familiarity with modern teaching technologies and methodologies.
Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities and school community events.
