Amazon Account Manager

Rich Media Inc is seeking experienced Amazon Account Managers to handle existing Seller Central accounts for Home Products, including cosmetic products, office products, bed sheets, and towels, targeting Amazon in the United States and Canada. We also require managers to oversee the management of cosmetic products and Pakistani Women Apparel brand sewn and unstitched products on Amazon UAE and NOON, with a focus on the Gulf region. The qualified candidates will be responsible for expanding and growing Amazon. marketplaces in the United States, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidates will be responsible for increasing eCommerce sales, brand development, and ad conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership and accountability of our Amazon Accounts.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure timely listing of new products on Amazon.

• Continuously oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithms, and product search rankings to maximize exposure.

• Create compelling descriptions and content for product listings.

• Manage all aspects of FBA shipments and stock replenishment.

• Manage Amazon brand registry, create A+ content, and design the store.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and high-margin SKUs to stock.

• Create and manage advertising campaigns via Amazon Advertising Console (AMS), including Sponsored Products and brands.

• Collaborate with the existing team members to launch and maintain new brands on Amazon.

• Coordinate inventory management and replenishment with buying and sales teams.

• Manage product reviews and seller feedback to drive growth.

• Monitor account health and performance metrics, implementing strategies to maintain a pristine account.

• Raise cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues promptly.

• Provide summarized and detailed reports on campaign strategy, activity, and optimizations across all Amazon marketplaces.

• Report directly to the company directors.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon PPC.

• Knowledge of advertising and PR industry.

• Strong creative design skills.
