- Establishes and maintains network performance.
- Builds net configurations and connections.
- Quickly resolve any system failures and troubleshoot issues
- Install and configure local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and network segments and servers, such as file servers and VPN gateways
- Oversee system performance and maintenance report generation
- Develop and execute a backup and recovery plan
- Provisioning of VoIP Lines & Systems.
- Upgrade and manage hardware and software installations
- Configures router & Updates data servers and network equipment.
- Responsible for supporting the organization’s computer systems, including operating systems, business applications, security tools, web servers, email systems, and user hardware (laptops, PCs)
- Troubleshoot system integrity from any breaches or viruses and play an essential role in risk-mitigation planning, including creating backup plans
