  • Inventory & Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients.
  • Demand and Supply Checks: Monitor and manage the demand and supply of ingredients to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Staff Scheduling: Create staff duty rosters, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered and managed efficiently.
