We are seeking a motivated and savvy Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for selling and negotiating, with a keen interest in the real estate market. We offer a competitive rate of 6-7% commission on every sale.
We provide warm leads to our agents.
- Set up meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
- Participate in company events such as open houses.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
