We are currently seeking a Frontier to join our team and be the first point of contact for customers, delivering essential product information and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with basic product information via phone, email, or chat.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, specifications, pricing, and availability in a clear and concise manner.
Handle inquiries efficiently, ensuring a quick response time while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries in the system.
Stay updated on product updates, promotions, and changes to ensure the information provided to customers is current.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, especially providing information or support.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain product details clearly and effectively.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
