TORs: Research Assistant
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, meetings, seminars, and stakeholder engagements.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating national or regional policy dialogues and multistakeholder consultations
- Contribute to the generation of meeting briefs, minutes, and learning documents.
- Contribute to the creation of outreach and communication materials, including infographics, social media posts and strategy, presentations, and reports.
- Provide research and coordination support for conducting literature review, surveys, field visits.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project workplans, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare detailed project reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in planning and coordinating events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
