We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage proposals, build client relationships, and close deals on various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving sales goals. This role is integral to generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential jobs through online platforms.
- Draft, customize, and submit compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients, nurturing relationships to build trust and interest.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using online platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or other marketplaces.
- Familiarity with proposal writing and client outreach.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Goal oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
