Are you a skilled virtual assistant with a knack for generating leads and setting appointments? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Virtual Assistant. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads within target industries or demographics.
- Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, or social media platforms to initiate contact and generate interest in our products/services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up to set-up meetings for our managers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in lead generation and appointment setting is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is a must since you will be reaching out to foreign clients.
