Job Specifications:

Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions promptly.
Maintain professionalism and patience while dealing with diverse customer needs.
Knowledge of basic computer applications and the ability to navigate systems efficiently.
Comfortable working hours from 1 PM to 9 PM (6 days a week).
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
