This role is responsible for achieving the assigned branch banking sales target by generating deposits through NTB and deepening in the existing portfolio. Also actively cross-sell of other consumer products.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • To achieve defined targets on a monthly basis as set my management through a pipeline of potential customers and new bank customers.
  • To increase the existing portfolio through deepening and effective relationship/services management of the assigned portfolio.
  • To achieve the assigned target through cross-selling of all other consumer products ( Credit Cards, Auto Loans, Bancassurance, and personal loans)
  • To make calls and visits to the clients to ensure smooth relationships and also maintain the call reports on a daily basis.
  • To maintain high service quality standards while interacting with the customers for business retention.
  • To ensure compliance with local policies, SOPs & regulations guided by SBP in all activities & transactions. Also, ensure the compliance of AML/CFT required for the assigned portfolio.
