Devising strategies and business plans to grow the business
Creating marketing plans to attract more customers
Conducting detailed sales presentations to potential customers and preparing quotations
Liaising with banks regarding clients' loans grants
Improving business operations and removing any inefficiencies
Actively searching for any government grants applicable to solar industry
Completing the tenders and file for any bidding
Looking after business regulatory requirements with PEC and other government bodies

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Science / English subjects
Previous experience of working in similar role would be ideal
Previous experience of generating sales and face-to-face customer dealing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
Enthusiasm and drive to exceed targets
Flexible to travel when required
Excellent computer skills and MS Office
Experience and knowledge of solar panels installation process is desired but not essential

Salary:

A competitive base salary package
In addition to the base salary, the candidate would earn a commission on successful deals.
